Ready for Another Browns Re-Boot

Say what you will about the ridiculousness of the NFL Lockout, the fact of the matter is, it's finally over and it's time for some football!!!

Tonight, our Browns take on the defending Super Bowl Champion Green Bay Packers in their first preseason game.

Yes, these games are meaningless, but let's not forget the Browns have beaten the last three defending Super Bowl champions and tonight is their only chance to make it four in a row.

Of course, these aren't your same old Browns. A new era of Cleveland Browns football begins tonight — The Shurmer Era. And, if there's one thing the Browns have more experience doing than any other team in the NFL, it's starting a new era.

I kid, but not really. It's turning into a joke and it would be easier to laugh about if it wasn't our Browns.

This whole "starting over" thing is getting old, but there's nothing we can do about it now. We have to stay positive. To quote David Putty, as fans, we "gotta support the team."

And, support the team I will. I'm ready for some football. How about you?
